Delivery

In Spain, orders are delivered to the post office of your choice or via the courier service of your choice. Standard delivery time is 2-3 days, but delays may occur for larger orders.

Please note that delivery to post offices may be temporarily suspended due to low temperatures.

Returns

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you wish to return an item, please follow these instructions.

14-day return policy

We give you 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product.

Product condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, in good working condition, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition in which the Customer received it, with the cap intact, and the dispenser must not have been inserted and removed from the product. Please ensure that the product has not been used, is not damaged, and contains all attached items and original packaging.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. If you decide to return the product, please pack it securely to ensure it can safely continue its journey.
  2. The buyer must return the goods via certified mail, in the same condition in which they received it.
  3. The certified shipment number must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after shipment.
  4. The Buyer will bear the costs of returning quality items.
  5. To return the item(s), the Buyer must inform the Seller via email at info@lerow.es, attaching photos or videos of the item and/or the shipment, describing the issue.
  6. When returning the product, a paper proof of purchase (printed copy) (order confirmation, purchase order) must be provided.
  7. For returns of quality products, the Buyer will only be refunded the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  8. In the case of a return of an incorrect product, the Seller commits to replacing the product with the correct one.
  9. If the Buyer returns an item purchased with a discount, the refunded amount will include the price paid for the item along with the applicable discount.

    Nota: This return policy only applies to items purchased from our online store. If you purchased an item from other sellers or sources, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.
